Our top priority at RGV Music Therapy and Wellness Center, LLC is your health and wellness. it's the foundation of everything we do. While that focus has always been on your treatment, the recent spread of COVID-19 has shifted our focus to supporting your safety and well-being. In light of recent events, we are taking the necessary precautions to support your safety, and that of our community.
Employee Training – Our staff has received specialized training to maintain a safe environment and minimize risk of exposure throughout the pandemic.
Staff and Patient Screenings – Upon entering the our offices, all staff and clients will be screened with a verbal assessment and record of temperature. These questions include: (1) Do you have any fever? (2) Current Temperature (3) Do you have any shortness of breath? (4) Do you have any pain or pressure in the chest? (5) Do you have any confusion? (6) Do you have any blush lips or face? (7) Have you traveled in the last 14 days? (8) Have you been in contact with anyone who has traveled in the last 14 days?. If the staff member of client answers "Yes" to any of the following questions or has a high temperature, they will not be allowed inside of our clinic.
Sanitation Protocols – All materials, instruments, equipment, and exposed items will be disinfected after each use.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – We are requiring all staff and clients to wear masks and gloves in our office. If a client does not have one upon arrival, we will provide one to the client.
Lobby and Waiting Area - We are currently allowing one person in the lobby/waiting area at a time. We encourage anyone waiting to wait in their vehicle, if possible.
Schedule - We are requiring all sessions to be scheduled within 30 minutes apart in order to provide our staff with enough time to clean and disinfect properly.
