Donate Instruments

Musical instruments are an essential component of our therapy services. If you would like to donate new or used instruments to our program, please fill out the form below so we can schedule a time for drop off. We are so grateful for the support and generosity! 🎶

What types of instruments can be used in music therapy?

Music therapists use patient-preferred instruments and songs in sessions to improve their health and well-being. Some examples of instruments used in music therapy include, but are not limited to guitars, drums, hand hand percussion instruments (i.e. maracas, shakers, wrist bells, etc.), keyboards or pianos, xylophones, steel drums, stringed instruments, and more.

What will the instruments be used for?

Instruments that are gifted to our program are appreciated. They provide a vehicle for clients, therapists, and music therapy students to express themselves and engage in music experiences. Clients will have the opportunity to use them for making music, writing songs, and so much more. Between community music events and individual therapy sessions, the possibilities are endless!
